REFUND POLICY

Refunds of storage rent are given to customers after they vacate the unit if the customer has a rent credit for subsequent months. No same-month refunds are issued. Credit card refunds will be issued within 1 week of customer vacate. Check refunds will be processed within 4 weeks of customer vacate. Refunds will be given in the form of original payment, except that cash payments will be issued in the form of a check.

Refunds are allowed at any time for unused locks and packing supplies. If the customer is not a current tenant of the facility, a receipt is required.
